COMMITMENT OF WARRANTY

“ please read the rules of the following warranty of Chuyen Viet before decided to buy the product”

I. WARRANTY CATEGORIES

1.” Warranty ” means only hardware warranty.
2. Chuyen Viet warranty only take place in case of a separate agreement with service patterns or specific contract.

II. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

III. CASES NOT WARRANTED .

2. Damage caused by natural disasters , fires , lightning …

3. The device operates in the conditions of unstable power .

5. No warranty equipment accessories such as cables , chassis , switches , wiring , remote Control , or devices attached gift .

6. No warranty is responsible for the data contained in the device when the customer’s equipment warranty .

IV. SUPPORT FOR CASE NO WARRANTY
In cases other than those specified hardware warranty free of charge , depending on the actual failures follow can
fix the Chuyen Viet will assist you free repair part of the customer must also pay costs substitute materials ( if any) .

V. MODE OF WARRANTY
1. For devices covered by the manufacturer’s standards:
a) Repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge during the warranty period.
b) No warranty from scratch when repairing or replacing the product equivalent, just keep the warranty in the
remaining period of the warranty period.

2. For the individual components are damaged beyond repair and no identical components to replace the company we
are responsible for:
